Refund policy
We hope Abby Rose® products are working well for you, however, if a product did not perform as expected for you after using it as directed for 3-4 weeks, we do have a 30-day refund policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refunds include the full amount you paid for the product, minus all shipping charges.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
